No professional relationship

Using this app does not create a therapeutic, advisory, or professional relationship with Swift Resolve or Worth It. We are not your therapists, coaches, counselors, or financial advisors.

How your data is stored

Your transactions, debts, budgets, and Coach conversations are saved to your private, password-protected account so your work is not lost if you change devices. Reset progress and some mindset items are stored only on your device. When you use Coach, the app sends the numbers Coach needs to answer you (such as spending summaries, merchant names, and debt balances) to Anthropic, the AI company whose model powers Coach. Anthropic processes this under its API terms and does not use your data to train its models. We never sell your data, and outside of running Coach we never share it with anyone. To delete your account and all synced data, email support@swiftresolvestudio.com.

Uploaded bank statements

If you upload a bank statement CSV for a Coach audit, the file is read in memory, reduced to spending patterns, and discarded. The raw transactions are never stored. A private summary of those patterns is sent to Anthropic only to write your audit, as described above. Only the audit summary is saved to your Coach conversation. Use your bank's transactions-only export. No account numbers or login details are ever requested.

Limitations and no guarantees

While this app is grounded in evidence-based psychology frameworks (CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing), we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Money habits are complex. Change requires time, repetition, and often professional support. Your results may vary.

Refunds for EU customers

If you buy from an EU country, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. For one-time digital purchases, you agree at checkout to immediate access and acknowledge that this waives the 14-day right once access begins. For subscriptions, you keep the 14-day right: cancel within it and you are refunded, less a proportional amount for any part of the service already used. US and EU compliance

This app is designed to comply with US privacy standards and, for EU customers, the GDPR. We collect no analytics and no tracking data. Your synced entries are stored securely and used only to provide the app's features. EU customers can request a copy or deletion of their data at any time via support@swiftresolvestudio.com.

Liability limit

Swift Resolve and Worth It are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this app, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on app content or failure to seek professional care.
